When tragic accidents happen, and they do, a Living Will, if it has been prepared, may well be the first thing that jumps into the mind of relatives. There is always the thought of what hapens now. If a Living Will as well as a Last Will and Testament have been signed, the thought will be that at least the person or persons had made provision for just such an event.
